Nice 7000 series (mid 1970’s) Puchner model 23 bassoon. This vintage is considered the ‘sweet spot’ of early Puchner bassoons with its typical open and singing tenon register. Just serviced by Bassoon Factory this instrument is in great condition with the majority of pads, corks and felts having been replaced within the last 2 – 3 years. The body is in good condition with evidence of some repairs and retouching of the varnish in a number of places.
